Tv Champion Figure making episode!

This video is interesting. It's from a Japanese TV show called TV Champion and the topic for this episode is making figures/models. It's dubbed in Thai with no English subtitle, but just watch it and you can learn a lot.
The most interesting part for me is one of the competitor was Ryu OYAMA whose book I got earlier this year. I consider him one of my favourite sculptor. Go have a watch.

Making a sculpting stick

You don't have to buy a fancy set of tools to start sculpting. Let's make a sculpting tool from stuff around the house. In this video I'll show you how to turn a disposable chopstick in to a sculpting tool.

Next time, I'll show you how I use the tool to sculpt some of my pieces.
